All meetings of the Parish Council and its Committees are open for the Press and Public to attend. However, they cannot take part in any discussion, except during the Public Session of a Parish Council Meeting. At some meetings, the Council or Committee may have to discuss confidential items, in which case the Chairman will ask the Press and Public to leave the room for that part of the Meeting.
